The hotel is very clean and spacious room for a NYC hotel. One of the best features of this hotel is the location to the nearest subway station. Only 2 blocks to the subway and it only took 15 minutes to get into the heart of Manhattan. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a great hotel. Would be nice if it had a continental breakfast but it does have a nice restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Not to mention a swimming pool with life guard and workout area. When you see it has Manhattan View well just make sure you specifically ask for the best few or you will be lucky to see a tiny clip of the city. Upon arrival the staff is over the top. Always right on top of things and assist you in every way. There is also a cafe about one block right by the subway station. At this station you can take the N or the Q train and be in Manhattan in minutes. Have stayed before and would stay again.

good hotel neighbourhood didn't impress very much bu close to subway to get to new york very quickly. taxi transport during peak hour was very slow and expensive. good hotel overall

Reception people very friendly and helpful. Room service is doeing what they want, missing soape, shampoo, towels, tissues sometimes. Bar in lounge doen´t work, public areas are very quiet. Very clean but electricity is bit out of order.
