the hotel room was good but the heater and the noise of the surrounding rooms was very loud at night. it lasted all night and it was not due to people but to the heater and air conditioners. even if our room air/heater was off the one from next door vibrated the wall and was very loud.

We were in The OC to attend our Nieces Wedding, and a bit of R&R. The Hotel is very nice in appearance, clean, and modern. But, the front desk staff during our visit, did not seem to understand customer service. It took 15+ minutes to check in because the gentlemen that was serving us did not seem to know what he was doing, and paused several times to figure out what he had to do next. He also took his attention away from us to answer questions of other guests, [...]. At the end of our stay, we called the front desk to ask that a bell cart be sent up for our luggage and were told right away, we waited 30 minutes, but no cart was ever delivered. Nice Hotel, Nice but Inexperienced Staff. They need to work on that aspect of hospitality.

The Hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got there before check-in and had no problem getting into my room early. The rooms, halls and lobby all very clean. The only downside was my room had an adjoining door, so the noise carried a bit. Luckily my neighbors were quiet. The best part was it was convenient to everything I needed. 15 minutes to Irvine Medical plazas, 15 minutes to Foothill Ranch, <10 minutes to Irvine Spectrum shopping mall, 20 minutes to Laguna Beach, 20 minutes to Newport Beach. Great trip!
