The Staff where very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast Staff where especially good

The hotel room was absolutley immaculate, i was really impressed. The lady on the desk was very nice and helpful. Could not fault the room or the srvice at all. The only thing that let the hotel down was the fact that breakfast was not included in the price and was told i could have a voucher and pay a discounted price of about £8.50. I did decline as i had paid enough for the room, so went home hungry. So when you book a room just check if breakfast is included.

In-house movies didn't work for the entire duration of my stay. Fairly annoying when jet lagged and looking to spend a couple of quiet evenings in the hotel room.
