thought hotel was nice safe and comfy. not! got pan handled in the elevator...first night after check in. to make it worst the hotel admitted someone knocking on hotel guess rooms and someone asking to stay in the rooms..or for money. that made me afraid and nervous to stay or to sleep! i felt unsafe.

I'm a regular at Holiday Inn. The staff was typically friendly and attentive here. When I walked into the lobby nothing set off any alarms. Once out of the lobby however it was apparent something was different. At first we thought it might be under renovation but no, it was renovated four years ago. Chipped paint everywhere, stacks of broken landscape bricks by the pool, two rooms open and filled with junk and a crammed and sloppy office gave general sense of disorder and had me wondering even before we got to the room. The feeling persisted in the room. All the HI components were there but rust on the shower ceiling, loose door knobs, battered furniture make this property suspect. We value a sense of santiation most highly we travel and were left wondering with all we could see, what else might not be up to snuff.

This was the second time that we have stayed in this hotel and we will return on our next trip to Phoenix. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, especially for the price range.
