The beds are very comfortable and the service pleasant. Will stay there again but price has to be more competitive.

One of the older, more run-down hotels in Macau. Seems to attract a lot of more local clients who like to snort and spit. The public facilities leave much to be desired; toilets filthy, lobby bar/lounge only open from the afternoon. Check-in staff always fail to mention that you can buy breakfast vouchers at a huge discount from reception.

free transfer from ferry was very convenient. good location, but hotel was under renovation during my stay so very loud and inconvenient. hotel bar was quite good, breakfast was at additional charge but had good variety.

we changed to another hotel the next day and the price was the same and the facilities were 7 star against the holiday Inn , would not stay there again, lobby looks impressive but the rest is in need of upgrade, the restaurant had nothing we asked for and then mixed all the meals up and was really second rate.

Room very small, but not many non-smoking rooms with a double bed we were told. Whole building smells on smoke as mainly Chinese guests belch smoke continuously. Staff friendly and helpful, room adequate but not superior. Pillow was large and uncomfortable. Handy city location. Probably would not stay there again.

Everything of the hotel is wonderful including its staffs who were very professional, patience and courteous in attending to my needs. The rooms are clean and the in-room safe is a plus for me. There is one minor setback where the hotel does not provide airport transfer from Macau International Airport.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were very friendly and spoke good English. Location was handy to everything. Room was spacious and clean with a king bed, and a non-smoking room as requested. We would recommend to others.

pleasantly surprised when the room I booked was upgraded. very beautiful room with 2 double beds. the room is very spacious and came with all the basic coffee making facilities and soap, etc. Location is good as it's 5 min walk away from Casino Lisboa. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the ferry terminal every half an hour, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The Breakfast was very good and the swimming facilities as well. The rooms were as we reserved them and we had a quick check in and check out time. Very good. One suggestion would be a room for smaller children to play in. Toddlers or young children would enjoy a room with toys, books, videos, games,...
