Staff were welcoming and helpful. Really, the only negative was that one of the lifts did not work. While I do not require an accessible room, stairs are extremely difficult for me. Overall, experience was excellent.

Second time at Holiday Inn Ipswich, just as good as the first, excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble, will be back....
