Location was very good right by main station and airport bus. No free wifi in room. Overall good service.

This is a very nice hotel, if you want to stay in a city centre and you need to have good connections with public transportation. The hotel is located next to the railways station, but you cannot hear anything that would disturb your nights. We travelled to Hartwall arena by train which is a few kilometers from the hotel.

Excellent location. Polite service. Quiet room, none of traffic voices. The room was totally dark with blinding curtains!

Great location if traveling by train and taking a bus to the airport. Otherwise, facilities were adequate, and price quite reasonable for a hotel of this class.

We stayed for a night and wanted to be near to the Central Railway Station and this hotel is ideal as it is right next to it. The Airport bus sent us directly to this hotel too. There is a suana from 6pm to 8pm and the Internet WiFi at hotel lobby and Business Center is free. We got double bed room to squeeze 2 adults and 2 child and the bed was hard but comfortable. Our room overlooking the railway lines and the noise level was low. So we had a good night sleep. Shower was a standing shower with strong water flow. The WiFi did not work in the room so we have to go to lobby but it was free so its ok for us. Our package did not include breakfast so we ate at the McDonald which is 100m away. The hotel is accessable to all the shopping areas in the city, very convenient indeed. Overall it has met our satisfaction for price, comfort and convenient.

This a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offered a remarkably wide selection from which to choose. The hotel is adjacent to the main train station, giving access to the city sights and transport to the airport and to other cities. In summary, an excellent place to stay in Helsinki.

I was really shocked that on check-out was asked to pay for breakfast - this the fisrt hotel in Helsinki where breakfast is not included in room rate.

Excellent location next to the Central train station and bus stop to the air port. Close to the main street of Helsinki, Parliament house, Art museums, National museum, etc. Hotel is modern and clean with good facilities and friendly service. Restaurant was under staffed during dinner time, but breakfast was plenty and healthy. [your website] price was much lower than normal prices of this four star hotel. Hotel club price doesn't include breakfast.

Only stayed one night en route elsewhere in Finland. Right beside the station but very plush, clean and nice restaurant although menu limited.

i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff were extremly friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. the room was very comfortable and th location was excellent. my only complaint was that on the friday it was a public holiday and the city was closed down, we were unaware that this would happen until the night before and so we went to bookwould be open but the hotel restaurant was also c a meal at the hotel restaurant knowing nothing else losed which i thought was, while understandable to some extent, a poor idea given the number of guests staying there. overall though a very positive experience and i would definitly stay there again.

A lack of adequate ventilation is unfortunate in an otherwise very good hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the only negative was that we spent too little time there.

As this hotel is newly built, both rooms and public space very nice. Breakfast was nice, too. I will stay again in this hotel if I have a chance.

The hotel is in a great location only a few metres from the Finnair Bus drop off/ pickup up point and next to train station. Also only a few minutes walk into the city centre where all the shops and restuarants are. The hotel itself is just over a year old and the single room I stayed in was spacious and look out right over the square. The bathroom was also very large. Breakfast served in the morning is very lovely. I would stay there again.

Reasonably good hotel but obviously still suffering some teething problems on service. My room was not cleaned at all one day.
