Service was really good and great location. Great price

Good location and good price. Ask to be placed somewhere other than near the elevators. Beds are too soft but otherwise ok. Avoid breakfast buffet go to "Toast" one block away. Parking $38 plus tax - if you don't need in and out access you can park for $20 less than one block away. Outdoor pool is heated.

Excellent all round. Great staff - they enabled early check-in and late check-out due to our flight times. We didn't really use all the facilities in the hotel as we were only in San Francisco for 2 days. Location good due to being on Van Ness - easy to get transport anywhere via here. Because of the great price and great service we received, we'll definitely go stay there again.

This hotel was pleasant to stay in and the breakfast was all right. It was a bit far away from the main centres, but we discovered a bus which ran parallel to the street we were on and took you down to the Pier.
