Very nice big clean room, except coffee-maker was not clean (used coffee bag's still inside of the coffe-maker). In addition, room alarm was NOT turned off that it woke me up in the late night! Everything else was very good! Love its hot breakfast!

Arriving at the hotel it seemed fine. Then I opened the door to my room and it smelled extremely musty. They had turned on the "fan" and not the air and it just reeked! The drapes had stains on them. There was stuff on the carpet like it had not been vacuumed, it was dusty to the naked eye everywhere. It was after midnight when I arrived and I was so tired so I figured I would deal with it in the a.m. I pulled my bed down to find visible HAIR on the sheets! There were two beds so I went to the next and thankfully it was clean. I requested a wake up call and well I woke up at the same time I was to be at my meeting. They forgot to program my call in. I always set me phone as a back up I was simply so tired I forgot. I had no time to complain about the room I had to get to my mtg. As I returned later that evening I spoke to the manager on duty who was not very apologetic and didn't really seem to care. In fact when I explained how horrible it was I was late to my meeting he proceeded to tell me I should be thankful I don't work in Japan they are not so forgiving about tardiness... What in the heck that was all about i just don't know. Needless to say they cleaned my room but I will not being staying at this hotel ever again.

Clean comfortable room, great lobby, good breakfast, the movie theater across the street was fantastic

walked into the room and it smelled moldy. The customer service people were nice to start out but we called down for more towels and washcloths and got told we needed to come down and get them because there was only one person working and they couldn't do it. We were all getting ready for bed and had there already been 4 towels in there for 4 people it would not have been an issue. We went to check out and stood at the front desk for 5 min before anyone knew we were there.
