We choose this hotel for it's location and great deals available. The hotel is perfectly situated for transport links. The breakfast is more than adequate and the rooms are very clean and considering the room rate very spacious. We always ask for a room overlooking the water on a high floor the view at night is brilliant. We have stayed approximately ten times now and will keep going back. Well done to them.

The hotel was mediocre to the point of being almost unpleasant. The room was shabby - the bathroom door handle was completely loose - these kind of things should be checked. The coffee was undrinkable. The whole experience was unutterably soulless, even by modern hotel standards. The staff were good, however - friendly and helpful.
