Overpriced compared to other (better) hotels in the area. Staff speak little or no English and aren't very helpful with suggestions or directions. NOT centrally or conveniently located as advertised or as others have stated in reviews - in fact it is located on a side street in the outskirts of Luo Hu district and taxi's are hard to find outside of normal check in/out time. Breakfast was not adequate or tasty - no restaurant. Air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot weather. No refrigerator in the room. Would not stay again or recommend.

The room is very clean. I will like to continue stay in this hotel whenever I travel to Shenzhen.

Friendly helpful staff, Location is OK, but not exactly in the heart of Shenzhen. Internet facilities were limited and VERY slow, and breakfast was a non-event as they packed everything up 30minutes early and left only toast!

The hotel restaurant is really simple, just a caffe but on the other hand you can get a bowl of noodles or similar very cheap. There are lots of restaurants and small shops in the neighborhood, including a McDonald's right across the street.

I stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were very good. The hotel was very neat and the breakfast was nice. Internet was free thus helped to do all the job. I would recommed this as a value for money hotel for anybody. I would certainly stay next time when i'm in shenzhen
