Hotel room was clean and new. Check in personnel pleasant. Food and drink service was something from the TV series. Was told after waiting forever at the bar that food orders would not be accepted for another 45 minutes as they were busy. Credit card swipe did not work and on and on. Ordered 7 AM cab and got call at 6 Am that Cab was waiting. Skipped complimentary breakfast after having to pass on dinner as I had no confidence I could get out of there on time
