It was a great hotel but not near anything stores or bar,

Room remote to the TV did not work (I did not report it and was not a major problem and I was charged an additional 0.04 at checkout. No description. Excellent breakfeast and staff were helpful and courteous, Will stay there again.

My room was air-conditoned and was cold (the outside temperature was about 40, and no need the air condition). Then I turned on the heat, and found that the heater smelled so bad (maybe it was a first time and smell like an old car heater ). Other than this, it was OK.

Stay was short but staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was clean & well equipped with lots of towels, iron & ironing board, blow dryer, sofa, desk, 2 telephones, very comfortable pillows etc.. and a great breakfast selection. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Arrived JFK airport for an overnight. Uplift from Hotel shuttle quick and painless. Reception at hotel was quick efficient and very helpful. Room is small but very clean and very tidy. Everything I needed was there. In the morning, newspaper was delivered and although breakfast was to start at 6.00am it actually starts earlier to allow those on the first shuttle back to the airport an opportunity to eat. The breakfast was very good quality self service buffet style. No complaints. Happy to stay here again.
