I received the address from in an email. I input that address into my gps. It said I would arrive in 3 hours from my current location. However, upon arriving at this "destination" there was nothing but fields. I was very panicky because I was in the middle of nowhere and it had already gotten dark. I called the Holiday Inn and she was nice but said that she had to give me a different address to put into my GPS. She said it was only 20 minutes away, since other people must have had my same experience. However, it was not just the 20 minutes away, it was another HOUR until I reached the correct location of the hotel. The manager would not give me a free room for the future and nothing was done to compensate for the trouble.

I was in San Antonio for business for three days. My room was comfortable, clean, secure and quiet. Usually I don't sleep very well when I travel, but this time I slept soundly every night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurants are close by and access to Highway 281 is very easy. I will definitely make reservations there for my next trip.

very helpful staff, great location for visiting San Antonio and surrounding areas. Great rooms and very comfortable beds. Would definately stay again.
