staff were accommodating, pleasant and professional. the room i stayed is clean and comfortable.credits to their continental breakfast, they offer wide variety of hot foods and their dining area has more seats than other hotels i stayed with before.very close to mall of america and offers free shuttle to d airport and to d mall.

Hotel is definitely dated. I've stayed at other HI express hotels that were much fresher than this one. It is convenient to the Mall of America, and the breakfast's is above average. Staff were pleasant. The king suite we stayed in could only be called a suite because it had a microwave and a fridge in it but there certainly wasn't any extra room.
