The pull out mattress in the sofa could of been cleaner, it was stained

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were on top of everything. Everything was nice and clean. I really recommend this hotel.

1. Holiday Inn Express has turned things around. 2. Clean hotel room and toilet. 3. Good decor. 4. Good breakfast. 5. Good internet connection. 6. Old style tube TV. Need to replace it with flat screen or LCD TV.
