My experience at this hotel was perfect. I had absolutely no complaints. The staff was very accommodating.

The property is well-located for those who want equal access to the Coachella Valley area. It's a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs or La Quinta. Check-in was efficient and while the pool,exercise room and breakfast room are quite generic and ordinary, they are serviceable. The room was fine but a little too bland. The TV's are still old and the selection of channels was very limited. I really wish places like this would spring for a picture or two for the walls. It adds so much to feeling more "at home". Stark white walls are so institutional. The bathroom was fine but ants ruled the bathtub/shower area. The beds also had very squeaky springs and the room temperature had to be adjusted by old wall air conditioners. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay. If I was in PS for two nights or more I would stay at another motel or hotel as there are many to choose from.

We visited family that was real close to the hotel. The location was in a great spot. The breakfast was great and the crew who worked the breakfast were very helpful.
