Although the hotel was being remodeled and needed a face lift I had no major issues with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the Hotel. My major issue was with the excessive road noise. I was there for 7 nights. If I didn't pay in advance for the room I would have moved to a different hotel. I had conflict with one "unprofessional" staff member that caused me to lower the staff score. Most of the staff was very helpful. I found the Breakfast Buffet to be below average. The Hotel is close to the bus/subway so it is easy to get around the Boston area.

Staff was confused with full hotel. Internet service was poor. The hotel was filled with tourists and teenagers throwing all night pizza parties. If you get a room ask for an even numbered room as the odd numbered rooms are just feet away from a major road and you will hear road noise most of the night.

Wifi was spotty, restaurants are a good walk and not many amenities at the hotel.
