We were booked for 4 in 1 room. Only 3 sets of towel were provided. Called front desk twice between 8-9PM to ask for 1 more set. Negative. During our 3rd call at 11PM, we were told to pick up the towels ourselves from the front desk since according to the clerk, nobody's in charge of housekeeping at that time. We were already too tired to go down from the 4th floor that night after a 7-hour drive from another state. So we waited for breakfast the next day to personally follow up our previous night's request. We stayed at a hotel across the street a month ago and the service over there was faster than lightning! That's what you call EXPRESS
