Appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. Great location, clean. A couple of unfortunate incidents at breakfast though. On our first day someone tried to get breakfast at 9:30 but the attendant wouldn't let them in (ends at 9:30). She even asked all the patrons already there not to let anyone else in. The food was still out so we all thought she was being very rude. Someone must have complained because the next day they didn't close the doors until 9:35 or so... Also on our last day they served expired yogurt.

It was a nice hotel and I would consider staying there again. The staff was friendly, and it was in a great location! There was a good selection of food but it didn't taste that great. I would have preferred to have a smaller selection with better quality. We were told that the pool was closed when we arrived, and then on the fourth day we were told that we could use the pool down the street at the sister hotel. Over all we had a good experience.

The hotel room is clean, comfortable. Good location, free breakfirst. I'd come again.

they said that they have parking but they forgot to tell me that parking was not included and charged me $50.00 per night

Could not fault this hotel, friendly helpful staff, clean, excellent location close to cable car, street cars and Pier 39. Free wifi and breakfast.
