10mins walk from the the train station and accessible to nearby pubs and restaurants. Breakfast included was sufficient but nothing fancy.

Great location, 5 mins from Princes Street and attractions. Plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby. Great room, parking is an issue as the hotel only has a few spaces to the rear and that was £10 per night. We were lucky enough to get one otherwise it's over the road at the OMNI centre and abit pricey. Great stay, would stay again.

room was clean & tidy though personally I thought it was lacking storage space for clothes. Good breakfast - well laid out. Hotel was situated perfectly for our needs. Would definitely go back.

Nice, modern, clean rooms. Excellent location and helpful staff. Parking limited but that's to be expected in a city centre. No street noise heard in room considering the location and current major road works in Edinburgh. Very pleased.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. it is five minutes walk from Princess Street and ten minutes from Waverly train station. There are a number of chain bars / resturants just across the road with a great chip shop just around the corner. We would definatly go back next time we are in Edinburgh.

We found the hotel very good and handy location for Theatre and other restaurants. The room we had was very clean but as it was situated at the back of the hotel we did tend to get the kitchen smells on occasions in the room. Bathroom very well equipped and clean.

Very well located in Picardy Place. Has some secure car parking on site which is very valuable in this part of Edinburgh. Suggest bookers prebook the parking. Staff were very helpful.

The room was ample in size, had a great layout and decor, and looked liked it had been recently remodeled. With the Internet rate, the value was excellent compared to other downtown hotels. I plan on staying there again the next time I'm in Edinburgh.

Booked this for a large group, the rooms were excellent, we arrived quite early but were alowed to store luggage which was very helpful. It was in a great location close to all of the main attractions. Would definately stop here again

Reception staff very good. I had a very early start 4am, and whilst I did advise the reception staff the night before that I would need a breakfast, it wasnt ready, however the 2 guys on Reception sprung into action and got me some refreshments within mins - which was impressive. Great location too

Great location right in the centre of Edinburgh. Rooms were a little too warm and it was noisey with the windows open but generally a good place to stay. Had a great time in Edinburgh. Would go back here if got the chance
