Enjoyed the stay, exactly as expected. I have stayed at Holiday Inn's before and this accommodation was as good as others. Staff were helpful and the pool was clean and inviting. We had cooked and continental breakfasts which were excellent. The counter staff helped with directions and bookings which made our stay very enjoyable.

The staff are super friendly. The room we stayed in two of the lights never worked. Also the cover was missing in the bathroom light.

lots of rooms, no balcony, right on the waterfront, with in easy walking distance to CBD, great food.

situated in a great position, could not fault the staff and our rooms were comfortable, clean and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast with fresh juices

I booked a suite for 3 people, and when we got there it only had a bed for 2, although they did roll in a spare bed. Also there were only 2 coffee cups etc and had not been set upi in advance for 3 people. Some of the towels had seen better days, and its not what I would expect from a hotel like this. The second time we have stayed here where the bath plugs did not fit. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful.
