I called the hotel in the morning to check the pick up time and location. I was given wrong information and had to make a 2nd call at 4.45pm to verify the location. The hotel bus was supposed to pick us up at 5.30pm at the pick up point. We waited from 5pm till 6.30pm and there was no sign of the bus. When I called the hotel again, they claimed that the bus had some problem and would not be able to pick us up. We had to take a taxi and wasted 2 hours waiting at the pick up point. The hotel should have an alternative backup vehicle instead of leaving the guests waiting. <BR><BR> Other than the transport problem, the hotel was excellent. It was new, clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and warm. The room was spacious and my family (2 adults and 3 young children) were able to have enough space. Most of the staff speak English. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel is one of the best you can find around Shenzhen. Good for business travellers.
