Holiday Inn Doncaster Guest Reviews
No hot water! A member of staff came to room and checked and agreed there was no hot water. They said they would investigate the matter and phone us asap. One hour later we had to return to reception and ask what was happening. Apparently nothing was happening and reception had more or less forgotten about us! Reception staff pleasant but useless! Room decor very dated. Have no intention of staying in this or any other Holiday Inn again. Bar staff very good!

The hotel room was extremely clean and well presented, the staff were helpful. Very good value for money, would recommend.

Good quality hotel, looking a little tired in places. Gym and pool are welcome facilities lacking in other hotels in this area. Bar area is good for casual eating and a chat.

Very good location for both Doncaster and Rotherham and also for Moyorway for further afield. Executive room very pleasant. Reception staff most helpful and polite.
