All staff we came in contact with were courteous and helpful. Great location in the centre of the city and excellent outdoor/indoor bar restaurant where we could watch the world go by. No fitness centre or pool but train station not far away for an easy ride to Cottelsoe and pleasant walk to the beach. Only thing we missed in the large comfortable room was a radio. Other than that everything we needed was in the room. A lovely stay.

Very impressed with staff, obliging and friendly. Room very pleasant. good pool. Fitness centre closed on sunday unfortunately. Would stay there again.

Stayed there for four nights, enjoyed everything about it except for the internet in the room which was SO slow! We bought two 24-hour connections and the second was impossible to use, but we still had to pay for both. That was the only thing we were not 100% satisfied with.
