Unfortunately, this hotel was not available due to severe damage from the earthquake. We were fortunate to find a reservation at another hotel in Christchurch. Personnel at Cheap Tickets kept us informed of the status or our reservation at the Holiday Inn and were very helpful in securing new reservations for our stay in Christchurch.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle driver was especially helpful in orienting us to Christchurch. We were able to store luggage while away on a tour - a very helpful option. Proximity to the airport was a plus. Food in the restaurant was excellent but would have like a few more choices. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Great place in a great spot. We needed 2 rooms, so they put them together without a problem. Good size rooms.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Christchurch. The beds are so comfortable, and the room we enjoyed had a lovely view over the city. The room was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and had all you would expect for an enjoyable long weekend. We love staying at Holiday Inn's in New Zealand

Zaks Restaurant Food was Excellent. Hotel Facilities could do with some refurbishment. Found front desk staff service to be a little below average.
