Overall the hotel was good, frustrated that is was not wireless but I knew that before booked the reservation. Annoyed that there was only one elevator working throughout the weekend, especially when the staff was using it and locked it for there own use. The pool area was great, my daughter had a wonderful time. I was a bit insulted when I was addressed by the security guard as soon as we went towards the baby pool. Without giving me a chance to acknowledge him, he immediately went into a long explanation that my 3 year was not allowed in the hot tub when we weren't going in it anyway. I already knew a toddler was not allowed and didn't need to be educated by the security guard. Finally, it was an inconvenience to keep coming back to the front desk to get my 'ticket' for the complimentary breakfast. To get another 'ticket' for the kids eat free in restaurant promotion or even to get 'arm bands' to enter the pool area. I would revisit the hotel but would ask that they do a better job of preparing the guest when they check in, during my stays, I prefer not to go back to the front desk until check out.
