While staying at the hotel the pool was super cold, the hot tub was out of order and the bigest was the bed bugs! Yes bed bugs! I was geting a pamper from the diaper bag, that was sat down in a corner by the microwave cart, and out came a bed bug. Now my first reaction was nasty, then what if that bug had got on my 2 month old baby. I called the front desk and all they did was move me 2 another room. No discount off my room no I'm sorry. Just we can move you to another room. Poor customer service, I'll be back in that area but you can bet ya bottom dollar I will not be using that hotel again

The airport shuttle only runs once an hour as well stock at 10.30PM. No complementary breakfast available.

the hotel was impressive. The bed was soft and nice. The hotel was too good to stay there for a late at night and left early in the morning. I wish I had more time at the hotel.
