The hotel location is very good for visiting the Boston area - the green line train stop is 1/2 block away. The room was very good - large, clean, comfortable, great shower and all other necessities. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only negatives were 1. "Free" wi-fi internet access was very annoying - it was necessary to repeatedly login to the service [both from laptops and smart phones], which of course routed you thru a page with marketing. In this day and age, that is unacceptable to me. 2. The jacuzzi was out of order for our entire 2-day stay - not major, but a disappointment.

The hotel is well located across the train station and close to restaurants and groceries stores. My room had small kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave making quick meals easy. The room was large and comfortable but quite a distance from the elevator. Front desk was very helpful in making arrangements for very early transportation to the airport. If in the area, I will stay again

The room account review from the in-room TV kept giving me the account of the previous guest. I was never able to see my account on the room TV. When I pointed this out to the check-in staff they were clueless. They even put the previous guest's charges on my bill and I had a tough time having them removed. They tried to overcharge me for parking. The check-in staff by and large were impolite and even rude sometimes. For a hotel that charges $250+ per night, there should be an on-site gift shop, 24-hour room service.

It's a 3 block walk from Coolidge Corner and anything you might need. It's right on the MBTA Green line, with more connections within blocks. It's really nice to be mobile in Boston without a car. The only thing I'd change is 9 PM is a little early to stop room service.

We stay at this Holiday Inn because it is so close to our children's condo. Additionally it is right on the T line and a short walk to Coolidge Corner shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like having access to a computer. The pool and hot tub area are well kept. If there is any problem the maintenance dept. is quick to help. Housekeeping varies from stay to stay - but the rooms are acceptably clean.
