I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is strategic and convenient. There's a nice bakery nearby called Kartikasari (around 15 minute's walk from hotel). So, if you want to buy some famous layer cake or brownies back as gifts, you can pay a visit there.

infront of the hotel is fashion outlet and cafe is good for shopper. the staff very friendly. will stay on this hotel again.

Quite a strategic location where the shopping area of Jalan Dago is just a walk away. The hotel staff was polite and attentive. Not to forget their efficient service as well. Will consider staying there again in the future.
