Firstly, I must compliment Mr Hian (Duty Manager) and Mr Tung (Asst Office Mgr) [I apologise for misspelling your names] for having a team of friendly, caring and efficient staff such as Ms Nguyen Be Tho, Ms Fam Thi Nga, Ms Trang and both guys providing bell hop services and not forgetting the helpful room service staff. They do the hotel proud in providing excellent customer service. Also, I must mention Mr Kevin who is stationed at the Tour Desk. He is caring, friendly and gives good advice on travelling to places of interests. My family and I were very happy with his tour arrangements for us for the full-day City Tour, Chu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Tour and Hydrofoil ride to Vung Tau Beach Resort. Please keep up the excellent service and you can be sure that I'll recommend my colleagues and friends to stay at Hoang Hai Long Hotel at 52B, 62-64 Pham Hong Thai Street. Keep up the Great Service! The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the area for shopping and restaurants to meet different budgets were easily available. Good place to stay and kudos for the staff for their good service!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel. Well the hotel was clean and it took about 6 minutes to walk to Benh Tham market. Staff was courteous and responsive

we really enjoyed the short 3-day stay at the HHL hotel....however, please be clearer on the bedding size and on the policy of adding a 3rd person in the room...the manager on duty & his front desk staff were always nice & courteous in satisfying our requests while staying at the hotel.
