Cleaner lady doesn't clean room every day, just change towl. It is not 5 star hotel although they charge 5 star class.

Nice modern hotel in Marrakech. Close to Medina and main square (10mins walk). 20 mins walk from the new town centre. Nice rooms with view of mountains. Has a very nice patisserie restaurant attached. Recommended.

The hotel provided exactly what their advertising promised, unfortunately it all came across in a rather clinical way. There was no information available in the rooms indicating local attractions, anybody staying here will need to do their homework before visiting. Having said this we would happily stay at the Hivernage Hotel if we were to visit Marrakech again
