Personnel at this hotel are very courteous and willing to help. The only bad thing I found is the elevator, very small (2 persons). I stayed in the fifth floor and it was terrible to use the stairs up and down. We were a group of 9 persons, my 76 year old mom and a pregnant niece included. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS VERY GOOD. ANYWAY YOU ARE OUT ALL DAY.

It's a really small room, when you are in the room, the only place you can seat yourself is the bed. Facilities is bad. We stayed there 5 days, but the bed crash 2 times when we sat. Sound isolation of the wall is too bad, and we can hear the people speak in the next room. It make us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The location is quite good, within 2 zone and beside the metro station "Vincernes"(line 1).

We stayed for 5 nights and we recommend the hotel because the location is wonderful (2 minutes walk to the next Metrostation and supermarket), the rooms were a little bit small but still nice and clean. For people with low budget who still want to explore Paris in a quick and easy way, is this the perfect hotel.

Though you are 50 metres from the metro, it takes you straight into central of Paris. Great cafes for coffee in the morning.
