Hilton Woodcliff Lake Guest Reviews
Hilton Woodcliff Lake was a good enough place for my family and to stay for one night while attending the US Open Tennis Grand Slam in Flushing Meadows Park in Queen, NY. The hotel is too expensive for the experience and service we received. The staffs at front desk and gift shop were not friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't even have a tooth brush for my daughter to use before going to bed. The unfriendly and unhelpful front desk clerk said, "You have to wait until the gift shop opens at 7:30 in the morning!" When the gift shop openned, the man who worked there was not friendly or helpful either. He acted as if I was bothering him when I was asking and searching for a soft tooth brush.

Hilton Woodcliff Lake was a good enough place to stay for my family and I to stay while we were attending the US Open in Queen, NY. The hotel is big and very busy with many customers. It is too expensive for what you pay for. The hotel didn't even have a tooth brush for my daughter. The front desk staffs were not friendly and somewhat ruded. The man who worked in the gift was not friendly and nice either. We could hear toilet flushing and people outside the hallway. It is too expensive for what you get. I don't recomend it if you can find other hotel nearby. No continental breakfast.
