Basically on a housing estate, nothing round it, nowhere to walk to. Freezing cold room, radiator did not work, no heating in bathroom and window had been left open even with freezing conditions outside. Meals expensive, fish and chips not even up to pub grub standards. Not the 'Hilton" I am used to staying in.

The rooms are like rabit hutches, qite honustly the worst I have stayed in for years, the noice from other guests were not dealt with from staff. This Hotel does not deserve the Hilton name

Staff were excellent. Hotel in very pleasant site on edge of the City. Quiet at night., no traffic noise. Breakfast very good. Overall excellent value for money.

Nice room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was great. Facilities OK, although a bit dated.
