The hotel was very nice but they did not understand what a clean room is. I had to tell them what I wanted clean everyday.

Overall we injoyed our stay. The kids had loads of fun in the pool. My husband and I wished it was slightly warmer in the pool. I was greatly disappointed because the hot tub near the pool had no working jets. :'( The hotel gave us the wrong room at first, but this was quickly taken care of. The room was great, and we had plenty of room for the entire family. We will stay again.

This was a lovely hotel. We booked it because of its proximity to relatives and because it offered a jacuzzi in your room, which was so much fun! The staff seemed unfamiliar with the area - couldn't offer any good restaurant recommendations. There isn't a lot of stuff nearby but it's not hard to get around.

The hotel was very clean and the employees were very nice. Our hot tub water handle was broken and the hotel fixed it and when my husband and I returned back to our room we had a bottle of wine and some snacks for the inconvenience. They handled the problem really well.
