Overall, the experience was great. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The rooms extremely quiet - we couldnt hear anything from surrounding rooms or the foyer, which was fantastic. My only concern was some of the reception staff. Whilst all were very courteous, they did not extend themselves. For example, after enquiring about transport to Disneyland, we were not advised to purchase the transportation tickets with the but rather incurred a more expensive fare when paying on the bus. Also, we were advised that they were out of Disnetland one day tickets, however, this comment was overheard by another employee who stepped in and provided the required tickets.

Room key machine was broken, had to have room opened for us each time we returned, food was average, sour smell in dining and bar area, floor was sticky, always a few people hanging out at entrance smoking, no discount for the room key hassle. Would not stay here again.
