Perfect stop off between trips! The staff could not have been more welcoming and efficient! The staff even upgraded my room to ensure that i got a good nights rest as i was a late arrival with an early departure! I was in my room within minutes of arrival, No hanging around! I couldnt have asked for a more comfortable bed and facilities! Overall, My best hotel experience ever and i have been in many many many hotels!

Clean room, not the prettiest of hotels but ideally located for Bishops Stortford and Stansted.

Ideal location for stansted travelers, shuttle service to and from the airport quite often, quite comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff both at the reception desk and the bar. Delicious breakfast and great service. I would definitely recommend it.

The location and good connections to airports. Bus travels every 30 min. follow-up. Hotel a bit worn out and needs to be updated. Not believe that it is Hiltoniga.

This is a good hotel, but I do not appreciate the cost of two pounds for the shuttle bus to the airport. This means an extra cost of £8 for a couple who stays at the hotel and travels to a from the terminal.
