Staff were amazing after a long haul flight, couldn't have done more for us. Room was excellent, quiet and clean, excellent bathroom products all made for relaxing stay! Great location with easy walk to shops on Orchard road, botantical gardens, train and bus. Always taxis there to runaway in as well. We will definitely be back....

Check in was very bad . We made reservation for king size bed but they give us twin beds. So we have to wait about 1 hour to get room with exactly what we want.

Very good except the exorbitant fee charged for wifi access ($20/day). Riciculous!

This hotel had everything and anything I needed when I needed it. They are so polite and helpful. Above and beyond service. Everything was just perfect for a week getaway. The views from the pool on the top floor were breath taking. The room was spacious and clean. Room Service was quick and tasted amazing. Location was great. Easy to get to the trains and taxi pull up right to the front. I truly felt pampered in my stay here.
