I AM NOT SURE WHY MY EXPECTATIONS WERE SO HIGH, GIVEN THE NAME "HILTON". THE PHOTOS MADE THIS LOOK ABOVE-AVERAGE. THE CORRIDOR LEADING TO MY ROOM SMELLED STALE & A LITTLE LIKE SMOKE. THE ROOM WAS AVERAGE, BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, AND THE HAIRDRYER BARELY WORKED. ON A BETTER NOTE, MY FOOD WAS GOOD AND THE BAR WAS NICE...EXCEPT IT IS OPEN TO THE LOBBY AND I WAS REPRIMANDED BY THE HOTEL MANAGER FOR BEING TOO LOUD (WHICH IS MY NATURAL TONE OF VOICE WITH OR WITHOUT ALCOHOL). HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER...I WON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

we wanted a quiet and relaxing evening without the kiddos. the Hilton was both. I am very picky about cleaning and everything was clean. Especially when compare to other hotels I've stayed.It was easy to find and lovely.

I loved, loved, loved the Hilton Airport Hotel. We stayed there for four days, from June 18, 2009 to June 21, 2009, with both of our little children (2 1/2 years old, and 4 months old) and everyone there was so kind and friendly. We order a refrigerator and crib to our room at check in, and 5 minutes later, when we got to our room, everyhting was already set up; they had already delivered the fridge and crib. The rooms we very comfy, and bed were GREAT!!! The room was very nice as well, and the towels were not thin, like at other htoels. The TV was a brand new flat screen as well. Everything was very comfy and well taken care of. It is pretty much centrally located and takes only about 5 minutes to get anywhere. I def. reccomend others, and I will go back next time we go to San Antonio. Thank you!
