Hilton Quebec Hotel Guest Reviews
I was at Hilton for three days. High Floor Parliament views St. Louis door and Cintella. It's lovely in winter time, especially a Xmas tree placed nearby the St. Louis Gate. The room is clean spacious , but no refrigerator. Budget travellor may take subway for meals, subway just located nearby Post office.

La experiencia fue negativa El dia de la llegada a Quebec City, 11 PM, el Hotel HILTON no tenia la reservacion que fue pagada a traves de cheapstickets con un mes de anticipacion. Tuvimos que dar la "batalla" para hacer valer el vaucher que Cheaptickets nos envio por email. Finalmente (despues de casi una hora) nos acomodaron. La reserva incluía tres noches a partir del 17 de septiembre, es decir que la salida era el 20 de septiembre OH SORPRESA!! la noche del dia 19 nos encontramos en la calle porque el Hotel nos sacó las maletas de la habitacion y los valores del cofre de seguridad porque segun ellos eran dos noches solamente!! Nuevamente tuvimos que "forcejear" para evitar que nos hicieran el "lanzamiento hasta la calle" y nos volvieron a acomodar en la misma habitacion que teniamos con las consabidas disculpas etc etc. Pasamos malos ratos en esta situacion. No sabemos quien tiene la responsabilidadad. Por lo menos necesitamos que Cheaptickets nos diga que sucedió. Quien tuvo la responsabilidad de este impasse que se nos presento y que nos causó un impacto negativo en la llegada y en la salida del Hotel y que por poco nos daña el resto del viaje de las vacaciones.
