I was offered a very small room with queen size bed only when I thought mine should be king size bed? I had stayed in this hotel for many times and I have to say I thought the service standard has not been as good as before.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable from the moment we stepped in. We will certainly recommend Hilton Osaka as the 1st choice for accomodation in Osaka.

Excellent hotel in a central location. We stayed in the executive rooms and enjoyed the free evening drinks, however these executive rooms in other hotels normally include internet access, however this was chargable in this hotel. (It was free in the Hilton Tokyo). The breakfast in the executive lounge was a bit minimal and often ran out of seats and food. Next time I will just stay in the standard rooms and get breakfast in the resturant.

Great location with fantastic shopping opportunities right under the hotel itself! Very happy with our stay and a highly recommended hotel in Osaka.
