had to leave early due to my child becoming ill when i was gone and because I booked with Orbitz, there was nothing the hotel could do to accomodate me in any kind of refund or voucher. never again willl I book a trip through Orbitz!!!!

Doors slamming in the night is the first thing you will notice. Perhaps if the hotel manager installed cushions on the door jams it would help. Room by the elevator also very noisy. Cute room, nice location, easy to walk to chelsea and midtown.

Spent the weekend in the city with my special someone. Hotel was not bad for the price, although there is nothing to do inside the actual hotel. They have a rooftop bar, which is nice if it were actually open. They close early on "slow nights". Nice location, in the fasion district, so there is plenty to do around the hotel. Small, compact rooms, bed not the most comfortable, but it's clean which is important.

The whole experience of our staying was absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. The location of the hotel is great, very easy to get around and close by everywhere. Highly recommended.
