I have been staying here for the past two years with my 2 young daughters for the breakfast with Santa package. I think it has officially become a tradition. My girls have so much fun and are already talking about next year! The lobby is very nicely decorated and festive and the Macy's 8th floor display and Hollidazzle parade are within walking distance. Also, staff is friendly and accomodating.

This hotel is very nice and in a great location. My only complaint is that I requested a room with a king bed, but when we got to the hotel they said they did not have any king beds available so we were given a room with two beds - it was two FULL size beds. Not a huge deal but it was supposed to be a romantic evening. We talked to the front desk and they indicated that the booking agency notes the request of room size but doesn't actually sync with what rooms are available at the hotel - 80% of the rooms in this hotel only have full size beds. This hotel is very nice but it was a disappointment that my boyfriend and I had to sleep separately!

Hotel was in the middle of everything. Great location to look around and see the sites.

The location of this hotel was great - right in the midst of downtown Minneapolis and walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was neat and comfortable, and we had a great view of the downtown. The staff certainly did not go out of their way to be helpful, but overall our experience at the downtown Hilton was a postive one.
