Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for the traveler who does not want to stay downtown, but still wants to be close to everything without spending a fortune. Would come back anytime.

The room and the beds were extremely comfortable. The noise from the planes wasn't bad at all. The staff friendliness couldn't be better. Everyone greeted me with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I don't understand why Hilton has to charge for the internet at all, let alone at such an outrageous rate. In addition, charging for parking (self parking, not in a garage - just in a parking lot) at such a high rate ($15?!!) seems excessive. Other than the extra charges, I really like this hotel.

it was a HILTON Hotel and we got what the name implies. The room rate was a good value, clean comfortable bed, bathroom spotless, great view of the lagoon and the Miami airport. The restaurants were good. One small thing. My wife ordered "Lump" crab cake appetizer. It was NOT Lump crab, it had the consistency of a tuna salad. For people who like the LUMP crab, this was a disappointment. Other then that, it was great place to be. Close to Miami beach were my appointment was.
