We had a lovely sea front room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely and not that busy and the bar which over looks the sea was relaxing and very comfortable. Over all a great place to stay on the seafront in Brighton.

Great location on the prom! Magnificent breakfast, friendly service. Bathroom a little tired, but very clean.

Perfectly located for the beach, shops, restaurants & bars. Only negative is the shower - it was nothing more than a dribble!

The room was abnormally small for 2 people .It should be only for single occupancy THE shower water was boiling BUT luckily they fixed it .On last day , the flushing box was not working .I cannot imagine this happens in a 5star hotel.
