Very nice Hotel, good facilities, and excellent food with 'hot' buffet. A bit pricey and food just about warm every time. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Acess to M20 very easy.

I thought that the accommodation very good but food mediocre and expensive.

Pricing was very good as we had a special offer which was exceptionally good value. Excellent breakfast buffet which was refilled right until breakfast finished. The swimming pool was very crowded and as it is also a club not always easy to access.

First Deluxe room was disappointing (Right next to a dual carriageway and the bathroom taps and handles were all rusty). Second Deluxe room was lovely. Service was spot on and the breakfast was again really nice. Good choice. Spa was nice however they should really look at the Spa use by children. There was two or three 4-6 year olds in the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room at one time at some point which is just not right. Even a mother brought her new born baby into the jacuzzi!! Overall nice hotel, great service but kids need to be controlled in the spa.Review by: Sam Bonney
