Overall hotel is good, 10 minutes walk from High St shopping and 5 minutes walk to Olmypia tube. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Double standards rooms are very small with no room to fit 2 large suitcases. Our room view was of large noisy pipes between buildings. The elevator and floor configuration is weird as staircase use is required on most floors. Breakfast and bar areas are nice.

We stayed one night in the Hilton Olympia midweek and had a pleasant stay. The rooms are currently being renovated and we were given a newly decorated one on the 3rd floor (big improvement on old room decor from 2yrs ago). Room was generous size and nicely appointed. Usual amenities were provided including tea/coffee and hilton fridge. Lacking Free internet or wifi - even in lobby. Bathroom had been renovated too and shower was in bath, all very nice, however ceiling had been lowered and anyone over 6ft in height cannot stand under showerhead or even in bath! Room was quiet and clean. Didn't make use of restaurant or bar. Location is good with frequent bus connections just outside to many parts of city including direct bus to Paddington station. Will definately stay there again.

Particularly hejpful and friendly staff - reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. Hotel situated on a busy road junction - our room on south east corner suffered traffic noise during the night. Otherwise very good.
