Hilton London Euston Hotel
1 out of 5

Booked a double room got a single room with a 3/4 bed pushed up against a wall (meaning you had to climb over each other to get out of bed), only 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside light, mould around the bath/shower. Furniture holed, upholstery torn. Food was excellent although pricey and 10% service charge automatically added. Ideal location for Kings Cross/St Pancras or Euston station, easy to walk into the City.

The location couldn't have been better for our busy sightseeing trip to the UK. It is within walking distance to the Euston Station which gives you access to the Undergound trains, Overground buses and the National Rail system. Its is only a bit further to the St. Pancras Station which gives you access to the Eurostar trains, which we took to Paris for a day trip. No need to hire a car if you stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and the room service came in handy when we got in late. Overall a great experience here.

Fabulous staff, brilliant concierges who will do anything for you, fantastic location, walk to Euston and St Pancras stations;bed was extremely comfortable, kind size room very generous in size. Very quiet inside hotel. Breakfast staff also very welcoming and excellent fresh breakfast. Bar/lounge very nice atmosphere. Restaurant has lovely open feel in conservatory style. Highly recommended; will stay there again whenever we return to London.

The room we were allocated was poor - it had no direct sunlight, ineffective air conditioning, no opening window and was too warm - in effect potentially unhealthy. Staff were helpful, breakfast excellent and location perfect.

We stayed here overnight to go to the theatre, the room was great very big bed and very clean.Never been here before but would definitely do so again if there was a [website] deal like this was.The staff are very friendly. The only bad point was the breakfast there was a queue and we had to wait for the food to be cooked, but in fairness we were told to get to breakfast between 7 and 9 and we got there at 10 so we were warned.By the way make sure you get breakfast included or you will have to pay £15.95 each for a breakfast and no full English is worth that !!

Very nice hotel, particularly the breakfast. The rooms are tiny, but what do you expect in London. For me the price was excellent, thanks to Hotelclub deal I got, but I don't think it would be worth paying the full price for it (we paid about 73€ for a double room)

Excellent hotel in the heart of London. Very convenient for Kings Cross/St Pancras and Euston, plus all the theatres. Highly recommended. Unbelievable value for money in London in July.

There is nothing negative to say about our stay at Euston P H. On the contrary, it was quite nice in all respects.
