Stayed here for two nights during the holidays. Beautiful hotel! Checked in on Christmas Eve, but the concierge gave me trouble. She wasn't completely aware about my reservation information and didn't know the policy regarding age requirement to book a room. (I'm 20, she told me you have to be 21, but it clearly says on their website adults are 18+). Otherwise comfy and beautiful rooms. Had a pretty view of all the lights out the window. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was close to the airport, had good amenities and ample free parking. Room service was variable. Fruit plate had unripe honeydew melon and server was dour. However, the server on the second occasion we ordered room service, Anita, was extremely nice and helpful. Overall a little pricey, but will use again if needed.

Room was clean. Wait staff at restaurant was slow.
